Princess Ngakane is a Dynamic DNA graduate who has taken up a position as Customer Implementation Specialist at MBV IT. Princess discovered Dynamic DNA, a Dynamic Technologies group company that specialises in ICT training, upskilling and empowering youth, at a tech event. As a proactive person, she enrolled in their NQ4 Systems Development programme, which became the foundation of her IT career.
Princess completed three core programmes through Dynamic DNA – NQ4 Systems Development, NQ5 Systems Development and NQ5 System Support – and, through a Dynamic DNA sponsorship, she also earned her Microsoft AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) and MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) international certifications. She has further expanded her expertise by completing certificates in CCNA: Introduction to Networking and 3CX VoIP systems.
When Dynamic DNA secured an interview for Princess at MBV IT, she landed the role of NOC Agent and began her internship at the company. She progressed to permanent employment and becoming a Customer Implementation Specialist. It’s safe to say that the role Dynamic DNA has played in her career to date is significant. They didn't just teach theory; they equipped me with diverse, real-world skills and even sponsored my first Microsoft certifications, which were crucial for my professional credibility.”

Every day, I see myself growing and handling more advanced systems with confidence.” The facilitators do more than just instruct, she adds. “They are supportive mentors who guided me through my studies, helped me better understand the content and played a key role in helping me realise my career goal.”
